Ingredients
1 large bunch of ππππππππππ
200g feta
200g cottage cheese or ricotta
2 ππππ
1/2 bunch πππππππ
1/2 bunch ππππππ ππππππ (green part only)
Salt and pepper
Zest of 1 πππππ
2 sheets puff pastry

Method
Finely chop the silverbeet and steam in microwave or on stove until soft. Cool for 15min then squeeze out excess liquid.
In a large bowl combine silverbeet and remaining ingredients (except pastry) and mix well. Β
Grease a pie dish with butter or olive oil. Line the dish with 1 sheet of pastry.
Spoon in pie filling and spread evenly.
Cover pie with remaining pastry.
Slice a small hole in the pastry to let the steam escape.
Bake at 160deg fan forced for 45min or until pastry is golden and crispy.
