1/4 cup almond meal (use sunflower meal of nut free)
1/4 cup SR flour (Can be GF)
1/4 cup milk (can be dairy free)

Olive for cooking: 1-2 teaspoons oil (I like coconut oil best)

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Let sit for 5-10min.
Heat oil in frypan on medium heat.
Drop in tablespoons of mixture. Cook for 2-3min per side.
Serve warm, cold or freeze for future snacks.
