Recipe- German Apple Cake

Ingredients:
 
3 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒔 peeled and sliced thin
125g melted butter
2 𝒆𝒈𝒈𝒔
1 cup Caster sugar
1 ½ cups of Sr flour
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
 
 
Method:
 
Peel and thinly sliced apples.

Combine cooled melted butter  and eggs in a bowl. Add sugar and mix with a wooden spoon. Combine flour and cinnamon and add to the mixture. Add apples and stir until just combined. Pour into tin and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
