Zucchini and Haloumi Fritters
Makes 10

Ingredients
2 medium ππππππππ grated and squeeze excess water out using clean cloth
180-200g haloumi grated
2 π¬πππ
1/2 cup SR flour
2tbsp fresh π΄πππ finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
Heat frypan to medium with 2tbsp olive oil or garlic oil
Place heaped tablespoons of mixture into frypan.
Cook for 2-3min per side or until golden.
Serve with plain yoghurt or aioli
Can be frozen once cool for a quick easy snack
