Panzanella Salad
Ingredients
2 thick slices of sourdough - roughly diced into 2cm pieces
2 tbsp garlic oil
1 cup of mixed ππππππππ roughly chopped
1 handful chopped πππππ
1 handful chopped πππππππ
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 π³πππππππ ππππππππ 1cm dice
Method
Place sourdough on baking tray and drizzle with garlic oil. Bake at 200deg for 10-15min or until golden and crispy.
Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Toss through the sourdough croutons and serve immediately.
Thyme to eat........enjoy.
