Panzanella Salad

Ingredients
2 thick slices of sourdough - roughly diced into 2cm pieces
2 tbsp garlic oil
1 cup of mixed π’•π’π’Žπ’‚π’•π’π’†π’” roughly chopped
1 handful chopped π’ƒπ’‚π’”π’Šπ’
1 handful chopped π’‘π’‚π’“π’”π’π’†π’š
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 𝑳𝒆𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒆 π’„π’–π’„π’–π’Žπ’ƒπ’†π’“ 1cm dice

Method
Place sourdough on baking tray and drizzle with garlic oil. Bake at 200deg for 10-15min or until golden and crispy.
Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Toss through the sourdough croutons and serve immediately.
Thyme to eat........enjoy.
