Pear crumbleĀ 

IngredientsĀ 
6 š’‘š’†š’‚š’“š’” or 3 š’‚š’‘š’‘š’š’†š’” and 3 š’‘š’†š’‚š’“š’” - diced into 1-2cm pieces. Peeling is optional.Ā 

CrumbleĀ 
1 cup rolled oatsĀ 
1/2 cup desiccated coconutĀ 
1/2 cup plain flourĀ 
1/2 cup sugarĀ 
100g butter or margarine - choppedĀ 
1-2tsp cinnamonĀ 
Pinch of saltĀ 
Option: add in 1/4 cup chopped nuts for extra crunchĀ 

MethodĀ 
In a large bowl mix place in the flour and butter. Rub the butter into the flour using the tips of your fingers. Add remaining crumble ingredients and mix gently with fingersĀ 
In a large oven dish (we use our lasagna dish) place in pears.Ā 
Sprinkle over crumble mixture evenlyĀ 
Bake in oven at 180deg for 30-40min or until golden brownĀ 
Serve hot or equally good cold the next day for breakfastĀ
